What we collect
The enquiry form asks for your name, postcode, email address, telephone number, vehicle registration, vehicle make and model, the service you need, any known fault codes, a description of what the vehicle is doing and your preferred contact time. Nothing is collected in the background while you browse — no advertising identifiers and no tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
Your details are used to confirm that your postcode is inside the service area, to respond to your enquiry and to carry out any diagnostic or repair work that follows from it. The legal basis under UK GDPR is your consent, given by the checkbox on the form, and the steps needed before entering into a contract with you.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, the company that also serves this website. Your details are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing. They are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, or until you ask for them to be removed.
Analytics
This site uses Ahrefs Analytics to understand aggregate visitor numbers. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or ask for it to be deleted. Send a message through the enquiry form quoting your enquiry reference if you have one. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
